Job Description

We’re looking for enthusiastic, personable, and community-centered individuals to join the Where Are the Black Designers team. It takes a village to drive impact and implement change, so whether you have a little time or a lot, if you align with our mission we’d love to hear from you. We're looking to work with people with experience or an interest in: Event Production Marketing Content Creation PR Community Management Graphic Design Deck Design Branding Tech + Software Recruitment + Talent As we look to develop our global community, we're interested in speaking to individuals from all over the world. But as we're also planning our next conference for London, UK in August 2025, we're especially interested in speaking to those who are local to London. Please note that we are a small, volunteer-run team, so bear with us if we’re slow to respond. We’ll try our best, but we can’t promise to get back to everyone. We prioritise flexibility and understand that we all have other commitments, so new joiners will be encouraged to join for three months at a time, with the option to renew their commitment.
