What You’ll Do Design Development: Assist the design leadership in bringing big ideas to life through compelling visuals and layouts. Collaboration: Work in tandem with the design leadership, strategists, and other team members on various projects, ensuring seamless execution. Research: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques, sharing insights with the team. Feedback Implementation: Quickly adapt and iterate designs based on feedback from the Senior Designer and other stakeholders. Pitch Support: Aid in creating assets and materials for client pitches under the guidance of the Senior Designer. Quality Assurance: Ensure that designs adhere to the agency's quality standards and brand guidelines.
