We are looking for a creative Experience Designer with a high level of understanding for both the aesthetic and structural aspects of UX design to join the Justworks marketing creative team. You will help us innovate on all things related to the website, create thoughtful experiences that are dynamic, and design for solutions at scale. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative across departments, is able to quickly act on short business needs, and strategically help push long term aspirational brand goals.
