Job Description

We are hiring a 2025 Industrial Design Spring Co-op to join our Global Design team! What You Will Be Doing: •Grow to understand and apply research insights •Use design and technology skills to creatively conceptualize and develop unique and innovative product and component recommendations •Work with peers in other fields (engineering, marketing, supply chain, project management) to conceptualize, problem solve and develop components and products which are destined for production. •Develop your own opinions and thoughtfully share them with the team •Explore new concepts through sketching and building quick prototypes •Assist designers in project tasks, such as documenting projects, building physical and digital models, and preparing for presentations •Build relationships with engineers, project managers, and marketers to learn how to implement ideas into real products Who You Are: •Expected graduation date of May 2026 or beyond •Pursing a bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in Industrial, Product or Furniture Design •Authorized to work in the US without future need of sponsorship. •Must be able to co-op with us January to April of 2025 Required Skills and Competencies: •Proficiency in: SketchUp, Fusion 360 or similar solid modeler, and Adobe Creative Suite •In order to be considered for the position, please link or provide your portfolio.
