We're seeking an Associate Design Director who brings clarity to complexity through design. As part of our growing team, you'll craft compelling digital experiences that amplify our clients' missions. This is an opportunity to blend sophisticated interface design with visual storytelling that inspires action and drives change. The ideal candidate has experience translating complex narratives into intuitive digital experiences, crafting pixel-perfect interfaces, and balancing organizational goals with the needs of diverse audiences. This is a full-time remote position (US-based). Agency experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating the above, and an eagerness to grow and evolve with our team.
